For red light therapy, exposed skin will receive the most benefit. We recommend wearing shorts and, for women, a sports bra. For hyperbaric chamber we recommend normal clothing.
While we cannot recommend what electronics to bring into the chamber. When we are doing a session ourselves we will bring in a kindle or a phone to help pass the time.
Everyone's experience is different. We have found that people with mild claustrophobia have not have issues inside our hyperbaric chambers due to large windows and ample size inside.
Our therapy lights are designed for general wellness purposes and have not been tested specifically for use with pacemakers. Therefore, we recommend consulting with your physician before using our red light if you have a pacemaker or any other electronic implant.
